Many workforce management systems produce schedules that planners must adjust manually using overrides or spreadsheets before they can be used in operations. The system generates a draft schedule, while planners make it operational.
APOLLO Scheduler solves this challenge by converting forecasts, service levels, agent skills, availability, labor rules, and preferences into a single optimization model that generates operational schedules automatically.
Built by Callosseum and COMPUTD, the platform is designed for complex multi-skill contact center and BPO environments and can operate independently or alongside existing workforce management systems.
